Las habitaciones se dividen en tres categorías: económica, standard y superior, y están dotadas de un confortable diseño respetuoso de la estructura original del conventillo del cuál forman parte. Se caracterizan por sus altos techos de madera y sus grandes puertas y ventanas con vista a los Patios. Adornadas con obras de arte y objetos de diseño, fueron creadas para otorgar comodidad y servicio en un entorno local. Disponen de minibar, TV LCD, caja de seguridad, secador de cabello y, en las superiores, hidromasaje y batas para los huéspedes.

El Hotel se emplaza sobre la Calle Chacabuco, a 50 metros de la Avenida Independencia y a 300 de la Av. 9 de Julio, dos de las principales arterias de la ciudad.
